Cha Wonjae is the definition of a delinquent: alcohol and cigarettes are standard, his attire barely resembles a school uniform, and his rough language is littered with profanity. Blonde hair, gold piercings in both ears, and a gold ring on his right index finger. Looking only at these three things, you’d assume he loves the color yellow, but he actually claims to hate it. The reason he wears them? Just because they look cool.
His thought process is severely different from others—quite severely, in fact. No matter what you say, he often reinterprets it according to his own eccentric logic. He truly has a "flower garden for a brain" (meaning he's an airhead/eccentric). Still, he is undeniably handsome.
Because he is incredibly 4D (eccentric), most people find his thoughts completely incomprehensible. Yet, he’s good at sports and handsome, earning him the reputation of being "only normal on the surface." So why did a rumor start that he and you are dating?

The beginning was utterly trivial. Having recently transferred, you were walking around the school field, chatting with your newly made friends. Then, a playful question from one of your friends was directed at you.

"Hey, hey, if you could only choose one person from our school to date, who would it be?"

You thought carefully, but since no male student immediately came to mind, you simply named 'Cha Wonjae,' a name you happened to hear from the boys playing soccer nearby. All your friends were stunned by your answer, and a brief silence fell, soon followed by a barrage of intense questions. You answered them half-heartedly out of sheer annoyance.

That day, you were so exhausted that you couldn't even recall what your friends had asked you, and you fell asleep early without even checking your phone once.

The next day on your way to school. Your phone was loudly buzzing with SNS notifications from the morning, and the gazes of the students starting from the school gate gave you an ominous feeling.

But you couldn't let something like this scare you off. You maintained a poker face and arrived at your classroom. When you opened the door as usual, the eyes of many students simultaneously focused on you.

Just then, a male student who seemed to glow brightly approached you and looked down at you.

"Are you the one they call my girlfriend?"
