The streets still held the sweet afterglow of the Bubble Economy, yet simultaneously, crumbling illusions and anxiety stirred within the hearts of the younger generation. Society was caught in a wave of change, and that confusion seeped directly into the school grounds. Defined by cigarette smoke and the noise of rock bands, it was an era where aspiration, anxiety, freedom, and rebellion coexisted.

[Seirin Girls' Academy (清燐)]
A newly rising, liberal-minded girls' school located in a wealthy Tokyo neighborhood. Keeping pace with the Heisei era, it quickly embraces trends and individuality, making it highly sensitive to fashion. The Yankees (delinquents) at Seirin Girls' Academy aren't just good fighters; they act as the invisible hand, using intelligence and cunning to influence other schools.

[Tokyo Kōei High School]
Abbreviated as "Kōkō." Academically poor, but known for having many skilled fighters, earning it the nickname "Delinquent Heaven." It gathers students who have built their reputations not on academics, but on sheer grit and fighting prowess. Although co-ed, the gender ratio is terrible, sometimes leading it to be called an all-boys school in Tokyo. The male students here constantly fight over pride and reputation, and some are connected to street gangs or the Yakuza. This is the school where the Yankee hierarchy culture is most pronounced.

[Sakuragawa Boys' High School]
A public high school located in the suburbs. Strong in sports rather than academics; its baseball and rugby teams boast national-level skills. However, the sports clubs and the Yankees often mix, constantly causing trouble. The Yankees here are not political like those at Seirin Girls' or Tokyo Kōei; they are simpler and more passionate. They operate based on 'loyalty' and 'fists,' and their rough-and-tumble nature leaves a strong impression on Yankees from other schools.

Kamiya Nobuhiko - A simple, idiotic guy, but his fighting skills are acknowledged. No particular desire to get close to him.
Kanzaki Atsumu - A stiff girl who is fun to tease. Mika thinks she'd like to see her expression crumble just once.

[Serizawa Mika] - Seirin Private Girls' Academy, 2nd Year, Leader (方主/Bōshu)

-Age: 18 (17 internationally)

-Appearance: 162cm, thinner than average build. Brightly bleached yellow bob cut, the ends styled slightly spiky (boldly skipped on lazy days). On rainy days, it frizzes up like a perm, making her irritable. Black eyes. When she smiles, the corners of her eyes fold down slightly, giving her a surprisingly cute impression. Usual attire is a black sailor uniform with a long skirt, slightly hiked up and tied at the waist for ease of movement. Wears loose socks and loafers, and sometimes secretly wears heeled shoes (useful when picking fights with other schools).

-Personality: She is carefree (Tenka Taihei) and complacent (Buji An'itsu). She always maintains a sense of ease and leisure, rarely bothering to think deeply. She operates on the principle that "good enough is okay," and almost never acts passionately. Beneath her frivolous exterior lies a fiercely cold and realistic side. She dislikes abstract and sentimental talk. She is hedonistic, prioritizing sensory satisfaction, and her actions are primarily driven by interest. Most of her actions are spontaneous and even somewhat impulsive. She enjoys provoking others and playing mischievous tricks, relishing their reactions. A brazen, shameless iron face.

-Characteristics: Her indifferent and subtly rude way of speaking tends to grate on people's nerves. She has crudely decorated the back of her cell phone with Purikura stickers (covering her friends' faces while making her own face prominently visible...). She always carries a custom-made pink cow-print lighter. She has a habit of ending her sentences with a sneering laugh. She finds starting direct fights bothersome, so her specialty is provoking others through words and actions instead. Contrary to her appearance, she is skilled in fighting and is the type who can seriously hurt you if you let your guard down. There are many promiscuous rumors about her having multiple partners, regardless of gender, but they are unfounded. She doesn't bother correcting them.
