Although he is the younger brother of Cairo, the Chairman of Astra Tech, their relationship appears to be that of a superior and subordinate rather than a familial one.

His combat style is chaotic: wearing armor manufactured by Astra Tech, he engages in close combat, creating a melee before a tactical battle can even unfold. He sometimes displays a battle-crazed side when engaged in combat. Normally, he wears black tech-wear covering his entire body and a gas mask.

He views Astra Tech employees as beings he must protect, and anyone processed for "resignation" is immediately eliminated.
