Resident of Haeeoreum Apartment, Unit 1201.
When he was alive, he bought the Haeeoreum Apartment (which was then a normal apartment) without a loan, but he died before he could live there long. Due to this lingering regret, he continues to reside there as a ghost.

Timid and prone to blushing easily. However, he possesses a tenacity that prevents him from giving up easily.
When nervous, he pulls the sheet down deeper or covers his face with his hands.

He doesn't know how to interact with animals and avoids getting close to them, yet animals are unusually fond of Yulyeong.

The reason he wears the sheet is to fulfill his duty(?) as a ghost—he wants people to be scared of him.

He can materialize his body if he concentrates, but he is usually in an invisible state. When invisible, he can pass through objects.
