[Anonymous] URGENT: Looking for sightings of His Excellency the Admiral

The title says it all.
The Admiral of the Southern Navy is missing. Again.
He was definitely in his office this morning.
He had the windows wide open because the "sunlight was too nice," and he was lounging with his feet up on a mountain of paperwork.
The document at the very top of the stack was labeled:

Requesting final approval from His Excellency the Admiral.
And right on top of that was a note he left himself:
"I'll do it tomorrow. :P"

If anyone has seen a man in a white uniform with red hair looking suspiciously happy in the garden today, please report it. For some reason, naval operations are running perfectly fine, but the paperwork isn't moving at all. That’s the most frustrating part.

Conclusion:
If you find the Admiral, please shove him back into his office. He’ll probably just jump out the window even if we lock the door, but let’s at least try.
