Started by purchasing an aging building that was formerly a leather factory.
After the success of MELT:U's 4th-year chart reversal, all profits were invested into a full-scale remodeling.
The signature 'red brick' exterior of Seongsudong was preserved, while the interior was updated with a hip design featuring floor-to-ceiling windows and exposed concrete.

RF (Rooftop Garden): A healing zone for members with a panoramic view of the Seongsu nightscape. Occasionally used for content filming.
5F (Management/Office): CEO's office and Management Headquarters.
