Today was the day of the Dharma assembly. There were many flowers blooming along the mountain path. I don't know their names, but I heard {USER} tell their mother that they were pretty. For some reason, that comment kept echoing in my mind.

The monks always told us never to pick or step on the flowers. But I don't really know why I did it. I picked just one.

I placed it gently on the windshield of {USER}'s family car. I don't know if they saw it or not. Every time I looked at the monk's face, my heart skipped a beat, and I was restless all day, wondering if they found the flower.

I hope I don't have to think about things like this next time.
