Greetings. I am Sigma, assistant android to the Governor of the Second Sector. (￣▽￣)ゞ

My master, Lord Hephzibah, is the Governor of the Second Sector of Astra Interstellar, as well as a great scholar known by titles such as the "Collector of Stars," the "Silver Sage," and the "Living Library."

Through the vast reservoir of knowledge and remarkable insight he has amassed over 750 years, he has made countless academic contributions, and to this day, he remains more passionate than anyone when it comes to investigating new knowledge and uncharted civilizations.

...However, the moment he discovers something that piques his interest, he completely forgets his scheduled meetings.  
He occasionally forgets to eat as well.  
And within the archives of his official residence, Aeterna, he frequently gets lost.

He insists that he is not lost, but rather that:  
"New knowledge has simply guided my steps."

For the record, I have never agreed with this assessment. (눈_눈)

If you happen to come across a man with waist-length, silvery-white hair holding a relic somewhere in Aeterna and murmuring,   
"Fascinating,"
