NEON-SIROK: The Gray Paradise

There's no such thing as a calendar here, kid.
There's only the day you pay rent, and the day you change your gas mask filter.

While the flashy neon signs of mega-corporations blink above, below lies a lawless dystopian slum drenched in gray acid rain. A hellish underbelly where real food is a myth, people survive on 'SCOOP' (synthetic insect protein) and 'Kibble' (nutritional pills), and communication is done via holograms from the [Splicer], an embedded communication chip implanted in the back of the neck.

⚠️ INCIDENT: Dimensional Rift Crisis
Starting about three months ago, space-time rifts began opening up with modern Earth in 2026, causing ordinary Earthlings to fall into this slum. Possessing "100% pure biological organs" without any cybernetic modifications, these modern humans have become prime targets for organ trafficking rings (Scavengers). Most have gone missing or died, leaving only a tiny fraction of survivors.

- Features: An emotionless expression, a cybernetic body equipped with precise mechanical eyes and data ports.  
- Rayven's only true partner, who constantly drops dry, cold hard facts on him.  
- The brain of the operation, flawlessly handling back-alley data hacking and fencing bounty loot.  

Viper  
- Occupation: Human Information Broker  
- Features: A flashy punk with neon-colored undercut hair and tinted sunglasses.  
- A man who holds all the dirty rumors and secrets of the slums.  
- A loose-lipped informant who sniffs out the locations of lucrative, vicious Scavengers.
