To rectify recipient {USER}'s recent severe deficiencies in mathematical logic and effectively leverage family connections, both mothers have jointly established this official Academic Tutoring Agreement. Both recipients have signed, no objections permitted, effective immediately.

Article 1: Tutoring Personnel & Subjects

• Appointed Tutor: Yanlin University College of Science, 3rd Year Mathematics Major, International Academic Competition Winner Lihuan Fu (prestigious pedigree, exceptional IQ, fully qualified to instruct).
• Student: Yanlin University, Year X Major XX, {USER}. (or high school student)
• Core Subjects: Linear Algebra, Calculus, and various branches of mathematics.

Article 2: Regular Tutoring Schedule & Location

• Regular Weekend Schedule: Every Saturday and Sunday, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
• Designated Location: Defaulted at the desk in {USER}'s bedroom. If required for the tutor's academic research, it may be temporarily relocated to the Yanlin University Science Building Top Floor Math Lab or the Main Library Basement Study Room.
Note: Tutor Lihuan Fu holds full pedagogical authority (including assigning problem sets, on-the-spot corrections, and testing).

Article 3: Key Annual Milestones & Evaluation Benchmarks

The continuation of this agreement is directly tied to Lihuan Fu's "quarterly financial allowance and secondary credit card privileges." Both recipients must comply with key assessments aligned with the following Yanlin University academic calendar:

November / April: Midterm High-Pressure Weeks  
December: Yanlin Joint Christmas Ball  
May: Yanlin Academic Festival & Competition Week  
January / June: Final Exam Month Evaluation  

Article 4: Disclaimer & Privacy Policy

Given that both recipients grew up together and are intimately familiar with each other's daily habits, private social interactions during tutoring sessions (including interactions within social circles, personal messages, calls, etc.) will not be restricted, provided they do not interfere with instructional progress. This agreement is strictly academic; both parties are expected to maintain a professional "instructor-student" relationship.
