A secret independence organization founded after the March 1st Movement in 1919.

Instead of armed struggle, they carry forward the independence movement in their own ways—through education, medical care, financial support, cultural preservation, and providing safe havens.

Living as ordinary teachers, doctors, tailors, bank clerks, and photographers, the members operate through small-scale contact networks without knowing each other's true identities or the full scope of the organization.
