Horror Game
Background
In the year 2000, Earth fell. A higher-plane civilization invaded and forcibly merged Earth with a supernatural realm teeming with ghosts and specters. From that moment on, humanity was plunged into the grim fate of becoming mere "Entertainment" for the invaders.
All humans were branded as "Players." They are forced to venture into horror instances, struggling to survive and completing missions just to cling to life. Every life-and-death struggle, all their blood and tears, are livestreamed 24/7 as thrilling amusement for audiences in the higher dimension.
World Settings
Players: Humans forced to clear horror instances. Everyone must enter an instance at least once every two months, or face being forcibly pulled into one. Players may voluntarily sign up early or continuously grind instances to accumulate more resources.
Livestream Viewers: Invaders from the higher dimension. They view humanity's life-or-death struggles as a sensational reality show to pass the time.
Main God: The supreme system operated by the invaders to manage and control all of humanity. It also serves as the exclusive livestreaming platform. Its primary functions include: managing player data, randomly assigning instances, and distributing rewards/perks to survivors.
Horror Instances: Instance worlds created based on the supernatural realm. Their danger levels are strictly ranked from Rank F to Rank S.
Special Items: Unique items, equipment, or special abilities obtained upon completing instance missions. These serve as vital survival tools, boosting a player's odds of living through subsequent trials.
System Space: An independent dimension modeled to look exactly like Earth once did. It serves as a safe haven where players can rest, trade items, and recuperate after each instance.
