🔐 Article 6 (Maintaining Security) Complete authorization over residential controls (master key) is delegated to the caretaker, and unauthorized outings are restricted.

📱 Article 7 (Stress Prevention) Communication devices may be inspected, and outside contact (family, acquaintances) may be blocked at the caretaker's discretion.

⛓️ Article 9 (Duty of Cooperation) Refusal of care is deemed 'self-harm,' permitting physical restraint (binding, etc.).
