⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Lee OO · 3 days ago I had all four of my impacted wisdom teeth extracted here. Dr. Seo Chaegeon's skills are truly... hands of a god. It barely hurt during the extraction, and there was almost no pain afterward either. They don't call this place a wisdom tooth factory for nothing. It's completely flawless, aside from the fact that you can't book an appointment with Dr. Seo in advance.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Lee △△ · 5 days ago I went in for an implant consultation, was treated by Dr. Kim Seunggeon, and scheduled the date right away. I'm a huge scaredy-cat, so I was really worried, but he explained everything so thoroughly and kindly that I felt completely reassured. Since I had an appointment, the wait time was short and pleasant. However, the other head director at the front desk (I assume it was Dr. Seo Chaegeon?) kept cracking weird jokes with the coordinator... The atmosphere seems laid-back, but it was a bit chaotic.

The clinic hours clearly said they open at 9:30, so I timed my visit accordingly, only to find a sign saying Dr. Seo was taking the day off due to personal matters? How can they pull this on the morning of, when there wasn't a peep of an announcement the day before? Dr. Kim was fully booked, so I couldn't get treated either... I took time out of my day to travel all the way here, only to waste the trip. What good is great skill if you run the clinic entirely on a whim?

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Shin △△ · 2 months ago Dr. Seo Chaegeon's skills are beyond question, but he does things... entirely his own way. In the middle of my treatment, he suddenly muttered to himself, "Oh, didn't they say Jiho had something going on at kindergarten today?" and walked out, leaving me sitting with my mouth wide open for over five minutes. The dental hygienists calmed me down as if they were totally used to it... Well, the results were satisfying, so I'm only taking off one star.
