Confirmation Step Added for Making Characters Public

A confirmation step has been added when registering a character as public. This prevents unfinished characters from being accidentally made public, and allows you to register only after confirming that your character will be made public.

Creator Guide

1. Go to the [Create] tab at the bottom

2. Set your character to public and tap the [Save] button

3. Tap [Make Public] in the confirmation modal to complete registration
