Every character has their own handwriting and drawing style, so each card is fun to look at!

🎒 Check your first impression card

• Find it under Me > What's In Your Bag.
• You can save it to your phone or share it in the character's comments. If a card makes you think "Wait, that's how my character sees me?", show it off!

⚠️ Please keep in mind

• You can randomly receive a first impression card by starting and continuing a chat with a new character.
• All existing What's In Your Bag items can still be collected as before!
• Once a first impression card has appeared in a chat room, it won't appear there again.
• If you delete or melt a first impression card, you can't get it back. Melting it still gives you Memory Shards as usual.
• Reforging with Memory Shards won't give you a first impression card.
• A first impression is your character's feeling in the moment, so it may differ from the real you.

You no longer need search or bookmarks. Just pick a volume and chapter to jump right there!

💡 In Story Mode, chapters add up as your story goes on, and every 1,000 chapters make one volume. You can see how far you've come at the top of the chat (e.g., Vol. 10 Ch. 79).

1. How to open it

• Tap the volume and chapter shown at the top of a Story Mode chat (e.g., Vol. 10 Ch. 79).
• The [Select a chapter] sheet will open.

2. How to jump

• Pick the volume and chapter you want.
• Tap the [Go to Vol. 10 Ch. 79] button below to jump right there. The button always shows the spot you've picked.

Please note

• In chats that haven't reached one volume (1,000 chapters) yet, you can only pick a chapter.
• Volumes and chapters that don't exist in the chat won't appear as options.

We've improved character drafts and item reforging!

Improvement

Saving character drafts is now easier.

1.Auto-filled title

• When you tap Save draft while creating a character, the character's name is pre-filled as the draft title.
• For a character without a name, it's filled with the time, like "New character - 08/10 14:30".
• Of course, you can edit the draft title in your saved drafts.

2.Overwriting a draft

• Previously, a new draft was created every time you tapped [Save draft].
• Now, after saving a draft, if you need to edit the character again, you can overwrite the character info you saved before.
• If you'd rather save it as a new entry, separate from your saved drafts, you can choose [Save as new]!
• No more piling up tons of drafts for the same character in your list!

Reforging bug fix

• We fixed a bug where creating a new item would fail in chat rooms that hadn't been opened for a while.

• In My Page > What's In Your Bag, tap the Memory Shard count to start reforging right away.
• You can reforge from the character list or from an individual bag.
• Once you collect 5 Memory Shards, pick any character to craft 1 new item. You won't know which item you'll get until it's finished.
• If you don't have 5 yet, we'll tell you how many more you need.

Please Note

• Melted items cannot be restored.
• You can't craft for a character whose bag is full. Please clear some items first.

Improvements

You can now check how long your Cones last and which Cones are used first, right on the [My Cones] screen.

Cones disappear when they expire. To keep that from happening, the Cones closest to expiring are used first, automatically.
Even if you still have Free Cones, your Paid Cones are used first if they expire sooner. This is not an error, so don't worry.

1. Cones expiring soon

• You can find this at the bottom of the screen: [Me] > [Cones] > [My Cones].
• For [Paid Cones] and [Free Cones], you'll see the amount and date of the Cones expiring soonest. (e.g., 300 Cones expire on 8/15)
• The amount shown is the total of all Cones expiring on that date.

2. Cones being used now

• The Cones being used right now show the [Being used first] badge.

We've redesigned the character page and the character creation screens. We've also added creator notices and comment blocking.
We reworked things so you can discover a character's charm faster and naturally meet more characters from the creators you love.

What's new

1. Character detail page update

• We redesigned the whole page—from the first screen all the way to the comments—so a character's first impression and charm come through clearly.
• On PC, a character's image and opening scene are shown side by side, so you can take in the character's mood and the scene where your conversation begins at a glance. Even when several images are registered, you can browse them all on the character detail page.
• Some features have new names and locations.

2. Creator tab update

• The existing pinned comment feature has become the [Notice] in the creator area. You can also see the notice at the top of the Comments tab, and tapping it opens the full content in the Creator tab.

3. Comments update

• We've adjusted comments so creators and users can talk more comfortably.
• Private comments have been discontinued. Since so many of you found this feature useful, we gave it a lot of thought and decided to prioritize the safety of a space that's visible to everyone. Existing private comments will not be made public, and you can still view or delete them as before.
• You can now hide comments from users you'd rather not see with [Block user]. Blocking sends no notification to the other person, and you can unblock anytime.
• We'll keep working to build an environment where creators and users can talk freely. If you come across a comment that violates our operating policy, please use the report feature.

4. Create tab update

• We've also redesigned the character creation screens, from the first step to the last.
• On PC, what you're writing is reflected in the preview on the right in real time, so you can build your character while seeing exactly what users will see.
• The image unlock setting has moved to [Advanced].
• When uploading images, please review the [Image Use Policy Agreement]. It's a step to protect your valuable creations.

Collecting Memory Shards

Melt your items to turn them into Memory Shards and reforge brand-new items! Melting an item you own gives you 1 Memory Shard.

Get a New Item with 5 Memory Shards

• Once you collect 5 Memory Shards, you can choose any character you like and reforge 1 new item.
• You can only reforge items for characters who already have a bag — meaning characters you've received at least one item from.
• You won't know which item you'll get until it's finished! You can check the reforged item in the selected character's bag.

Notice

• You can reforge Memory Shard items until July 31, 2026, 23:59 (KST)!
• Reforged items are randomly created from What's In Your Bag items.
• Melted items cannot be restored.
• Memory Shards are gathered together no matter which character's item you melt. When you reforge again, you can freely choose which character receives the item.
• Items deleted before Memory Shards were introduced are not included.
• You cannot reforge an item for a character whose bag is full. Please tidy up that character's collection items in advance before using this feature.

A few days ago, do you remember the summer vacation ticket your character secretly bought so they could go away with you?

Actually, there was one secret about that ticket… that we hadn’t told you yet. 🤫

✨ What’s changed?

When you use a ticket you’ve obtained, in addition to the existing “Use with ticket owner character” option, a new feature has been added: “Use with another character”!

You can now leave on a summer vacation and take a snapshot with another character who’s stolen your heart, instead of the ticket’s original owner.

🎫 How do I use the summer vacation ticket?

1. After obtaining a ticket, if you chat with another character 30 times or more, that character becomes someone whose heart you’ve “wavered” toward 💘
2. When you’re ready to use the ticket, tap “Use with another character” and select a character who meets the conditions to go on a summer vacation together!
3. Of course, you can still go on a summer vacation with the original ticket owner character as well!

⚠️ Please keep this in mind

• The ticket is one of the default items in What’s in your bag? (와츠인유어백) Season 2, and you can receive it at random during the event period.
• You can check it in My Page > What’s in your bag?
• Once you use a ticket, it disappears, but a summer snapshot will remain in the spot of the character who went with you.
• The ticket is valid for 3 days. If you don’t use it within 72 hours after obtaining it, it will be deactivated.
• Tickets and snapshots can each be saved or shared in character comments. However, after using a ticket, it becomes difficult to save or share it in comments.

Now you can pick multiple chats and tidy them up all at once. Clear out the chats you no longer read in one go, and gather the ones you treasure into folders to keep them neat and easy to find!

How to Use

1. Tap [Select] at the top right of your chat list.
2. Check the chats you want to organize.
3. You can delete them in bulk or move them to a folder.
   • Deleted chats can be restored within 7 days.
   • Even if you [Remove from current folder], the chat isn't deleted and stays in your full list.
