[260903] Notice of amendments to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

Hello, this is the Melting team.

The policy documents, including the Terms of Service, and the Privacy Policy will be amended as follows.

• Notice date: September 3, 2026
• Effective date: September 10, 2026

What is changing

1. Refinement of the policy documents and English versions
   We have refined the content of the policy documents, including the Terms of Service. The refined policy documents and the Privacy Policy will be provided in English.
2. Disclosure of personal data processing entrustment
   We will specify in the Privacy Policy the status of personal data processing entrustment required to provide the service.
   This includes the entrusted parties, the purpose of the entrusted work, the processing regions, and the categories of personal data processed. You can review this in Article 3 of the Privacy Policy.

These amendments do not expand the purpose or scope of personal data processing. This section discloses the existing processing status and does not request any additional consent from users.

Terminating your contract

If you do not agree to the amended policy documents, including the Terms of Service, you may terminate your service contract before the effective date. If you continue using the service after the effective date, you will be deemed to have agreed to the amendments.
These amendments do not change your rights regarding personal data, and you may exercise those rights as described in the Privacy Policy.
