[260911] Improvements to Typing Messages in Chats

We've improved how you type messages in chat rooms!

Message Input Update

• On mobile, when you're writing a long message, you can now scroll inside the input box to move freely to any spot you want!
• Even if you edit the beginning of your message, the screen no longer jumps to the bottom — it only follows the bottom when you're typing at the very end.
